Some diets say to eat fats with few carbs, others say to eat carbs with few fats, and others say eat protein. Trim Healthy Mama agrees with it all, so to speak. When we are trying to lose weight, we eat carbs with very little fats or fats with very little carbs, all anchored in a with protein.
The great thing is that we can switch between the types of meals all in one day, if we want. And actually it is beneficial to switch it up. And those wonderful non-starchy veggies are a wonderful filling part of any/all meals.
