Liam, Errands, Baking, and Pictures

We had a wonderful errand day this week! I sure wish I had taken some pictures to share with you but I was too busy enjoying the day and running those errands. Of course there was much cuddling with Liam. You know, there’s only so much time a child can be stuck in a car seat, afterall.

Lauren had a doctor appointment and then was going to run errands and so she decided to join Tiffany and I as we ran errands. We’ve done this before and always enjoy the day together. This time was no different.

We picked up Lauren and Liam on our way in for Tiffany’s doctor appointment. While she had her visit, we walked over to Akin’s and completed the first of our errands. Of course, I held Liam all the while. When Tiffany was finished we headed over to Babies R Us to do some Christmas list shopping for Liam. I love children’s toys! They’re so fun.

After that, we were all very hungry, so off to Chick-fil-a we went. Sean had given both Tiffany and I gift cards there. I got the Cobb salad with the grilled nuggets and the avocado ranch dressing. It was good. Liam drank a bottle while we ate and then we were off to price check more gifts at Michael’s. Interestingly, we made it out of there rather quickly.

However at this point we had to speed ourselves up a bit because we had four stores to hit and time was running short because Lauren and Liam had to be downtown to pick up Brian at 3:30. I was a bit concerned and didn’t want her to be late. Thankfully, I think she made it in time, or at least nearly on time.

If you’ve never ran errands with friends, I recommend it. It is a fun way to do what needs to be done. I do have to say though, that I was very tired by the time we finished.

It’s funny though because Micheal was a bit jealous of me getting so much cuddle time with Liam. It’s been a few weeks since he’s seen him and he is really missing him. He was a great dad and is a really good grandpa already. I do have a picture or two from earlier this month when we had him at church during our conference.

Tiffany made keto gingerbread cookies for her book cover art last week. By the time she was done she was very tired.
