I just have a short post for you today because I am sharing two links. The first is about how “spoiling” children does them a disservice. It is a really good article. I recommend you go read it here.

The second is a fifteen minute video about Millennials and what a challenge it is to work with them. Millennials are anyone born between 1982 and 2002. Although all my children are Millennials, I sincerely hope I raised them in a manner that makes them the exception to what he shares here. It is enlightening.

I hope these two links give you some food for thought and something to think about for next year.
